Where should I stay?
You can stay wherever you like, but we recommend that you stay with our host hotel. It just makes your life easier and it is more convenient for luxury, changes of clothes, parking, forgotten items, snacks, breaks, etc. Past participants who have stayed off site have often said that they wished that they had stayed at the hotel. But again, it is up to you your choice!
We have confirmed an every WOMAN hotel rate of $159 per night at the Fairmont, Westin and Hilton (their Expedia rates are all over $200) so if you have already booked your accommodation, your rate is guaranteed. If you have not booked your accommodation, please do so on the registration form, and we can assure you that your head will rest in one of these fabulous hotels, if you choose. E-mail info@everywoman.ca for more information.
When should I plan to arrive?
You can either check-in on Friday starting at 10am or at least 30 minutes prior to your first workshop. Please allow for travel time and parking.
Where should I park?
If you are not staying at the hotel, the day lot is free parking all day.
What should I wear?
Casual active wear.
How many people in each workshop?
Between 6 and 60.
