Brea has extensive experience as a Business and Organizational Manager in a variety of fields including organizational development, business development, performance management and human resources. In early 2005, Brea joined Kirschner Consulting Inc. as a Senior Consultant, focusing on Merger and Acquisition Due Diligence and Strategic Candidate, Employee and Organizational Assessments. Brea subsequently founded Segger Consulting and has been successful in providing organizational and human capital assessments pre- and post-Mergers and Acquisitions for multi-million dollar businesses primarily in the environmental and construction sectors of the USA, Canada and the Cayman Islands. Brea is also an owner of Pacific Rim College where she is the Operations Director and instructs a Business Course.
